BIG WINS FOR LAND EDUCATION AT THE 2025 COWBOY AUCTION

At this year’s National Land Conference, the 2025 Cowboy Auction once again delivered a memorable night of excitement, generosity, and big results. Hosted by United Country Auction Services leaders Shawn Terrel and Jimmie Dean Coffey, the event brought together the land industry’s best for an evening of spirited bidding—and meaningful impact.

From a stunning wild turkey art series to exclusive guided hunting trips, the auction featured high-value items that drew enthusiastic support from attendees. In total, the Cowboy Auction raised an outstanding $73,365 to benefit the Realtors Land Institute’s Land Education Foundation, which supports land real estate education and professional development across the industry.
